Refund Policy
Beauty Treasures offers a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received: unused, unopened, brand new, with tags if applicable, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used personal care, cosmetic, fragrance, hair care, skin care, and beauty items cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
Items sent back without a Return Authorization number may not be accepted.

Return requests are usually reviewed within 24–48 business hours. Weekends and holidays are not included.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@beautytreasuresllc.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Beauty Treasures will provide a refund or replacement. If a return is required due to our mistake or a verified product issue, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and not marked as final sale.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items being exchanged must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Beauty Treasures.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Beauty Treasures does not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–7 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, returned items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, with tags if applicable, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
